I have never been so impressed by a business until now. I rarely leave reviews, if ever, but I had to leave a review because Mealsdotkom is absolutely amazing. I have been using their meal prep service for 3 weeks now and I am impressed. I started using this service because I am trying to really hone in on my fitness and health journey and when I tell you that I have already seen a major difference in my body and my overall health, it is outstanding. Not only has it impacted my mind and my body, but the food is delicious and I am a picky eater for sure. They have varying options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that give you all of the macro breakdowns for those who are keeping track like myself and it is portion size based, depending on the amount of protein you want. On top of the ordering of the food being super simple, the owners are so sweet and they truly care about each of their customers. I had an incident today where I had my family member pick up my meals for me since I had to go to work and did not have the time, however, the food was accidentally left in the car in the heat after pick up for almost 5 hours so the food was unfortunately ruined. We called the owner Rasmey to find out what he could do for us and he looked into seeing what meals he had left over. He had enough meals to fulfill my order, made some slight changes since not everything was available so last minute, and he even personally delivered it right to our door even though we usually get pick-up. He made me feel so much better after having all of my food ruined and thinking I was not going to have an easy time eating this week. I highly recommend mealsdotkom to anyone looking for a meal prep service, delicious food, and a service that genuinely cares for their customers. Thank you Mealsdotkom for everything!

This is real food -- simple, pure and bursting with flavor! You get a grilled or stir-fried meat or seafood, veggie and a carb. It's what I'd cook for myself without the trouble. I get to choose the meals and sides without having to endure mystery "chef-crafted recipies" or being locked into a plan. Delivery is on time and reliable. I've tried some of the others out of curiosity, but always come back to MDK.

My husband and I have been ordering from MDK for a while now and absolutely love the menus and convenience. We mostly order meals for lunch but we occasionally order enough for dinner too so we can enjoy some lazy nights after work. I can't imagine going a week without ordering my meals from them now!

My wife and I have been ordering food from MDK for over a year now and we LOVE them. The food is just soo good and we have ordered from numerous meal prep places in the past. We love the fact that not only is the food great tasting it is also low in fat and high in protein. It is also very convenient that the macros of the food you are eating are labeled on each individual meal which is very handy when you are tracking macros. Thank you MDK for providing the BEST meal prep around.

Loveee their food! So yummy and fresh.I usually do not eat fish if I didn’t prepare it and had to reheat in the microwave, but their Salmon Dill was mois and very flavorful.Highly recommend their 5-meal Low Carb pack.

My mom recently had surgery and my dad works late hours so I decided to surprise them with mealsdotkom so that way my mom can heal and my dad can still enjoy a meal when he got home.They absolutely loved the food and service and I am so grateful for this meal prep!!!Ps thank you for making me the favorite daughter again ???
