“I love this place. It's a stereotypical, little, Mexican watering hole. Until recently just a bar in the corner, a few tables and a bunch of folding chairs. On fight night they'll sometimes pull down the theater screen and show the fight but otherwise this is a pretty chill location. Everyone's friendly, there's never any drama. Beer only, out of bottles and cans, no hard stuff and no food. The most exciting thing that's happened here in years is that they put a built-in, bar height counter along the south wall, probably doubled their table space. Exciting news indeed.“

“Kyle is probably the best bartender I’ve ever known. He took great care of us every time my gf and I have been to 33 taps. Very friendly, and always attentive. Never had to wait long to get his attention for another round. The last time my gf and I went, we also had Laine and Bridget as a bartender cus I believe Kyle was on break, and they remembered our names, which we loved. They were also very attentive. “Great place for Pizza, wings, and beer. Enjoyed the lemon pepper wings the best personally. I also really like the pizza crust delicious! The mole pizza is great along with the meat lovers. Definitely my go to pizza place around the Lincoln Heights/Boyle Heights area“
“Edited for recent visit on 2/7/24:Finally got to try the malai pasta. It did not disappoint in flavor and was fantastic. I think adding some meatballs would further elevate this dish with some protein. Lamb sliders were also super tasty. The pizza was fine but was made better by dipping it in the malai pasta sauce. The staff were gracious and helpful. Significantly improved from my previous visit. “We go there every other month for Sunday night dinner and blues music. The Porterhouse Blues band is excellent! They have 6 TV's and a good tasting variety of foods. Their Hamburgers are delicious!Parking: Downtown Inglewood can be busy.
