While some establishments offer a free trinket or something on Veterans Day, the Cliffhouse offered Vets a complete dinner at absolutely no cost. “Keedy’s Fountain & Grill is the best restaurant experience I had. We were able to seat ourselves immediately and our server was happy. She took our order within five minutes of us sitting and frequently checked up on us and refilled drinks. I never went to a restaurant that runs food so quickly, our food came out at least five minutes after we ordered and everything was fresh, hot, and well seasoned. Honestly you get more than you pay for here, although the restaurant was packed our server didn’t rush us or appear overwhelmed, and our delicious food came out quickly with no problems. Additionally, the atmosphere was very old fashioned and comforting. 10/10 dining experience I will be coming back for more yummy breakfasts again.“

“I’m a craft beer fanatic, so when you read my review please keep that in mind. Service was great, the pizza was really good, but there were no “real” craft beers. This is despite, claiming to have a brewery onsite. They do have three or four beers brewed there, but they were not that good. All of the others came from the big, mass produced breweries. Come for the food and atmosphere, but not for the beer.“

“Took our neighbors for their 40th anniversary. Even though they’ve lived in the valley for multiple decades, they had never been there (which is what I had hoped so as to surprise them). Took us newbies (less than 3 years) to introduce them to one of the valley’s hidden gems. They were captivated and very impressed and appreciative of their dining experience at this lovely setting. Each of us had a different entree and everyone was super pleased with their choice. Our guest has named Melange her new favorite restaurant.“

“Had a wonderful lunch with the wife on Sunday. Our server was great, love the Carafe of soda at the table, food was fresh.
We had the soft pretzel to start, the cheese dip was good, but the mustard dip could have been a little more elevated. The Baja Surf & Turf Salad salad and the Baja Fish Tacos.“

“Fabulous experience at Larkspur Grill! While the food was average, the staff was attentive and excellent. But what really made our experience was the entertainment by Dick and Jane. Their music was incredible - all of the band members' instrumental skills and vocal skills were of a very high level. And Janis (Jane) visited with each table, making the experience more memorable!“

“A combined birthday celebration and a 50th wedding anniversary. This was a big night out for the four of us, and it was a wonderful evening. Initially there was some confusion with the address and GPS because there are so many places called “Indian Wells”. And the building that IW Live is in looks like a private condo building. Perhaps when it was called Frank’s Place there wasn’t this confusion! Food and service was outstanding and we found the prices reflected the quality. The entertainment started promptly at 6pm. Marc Antonelli and Maureen MacDonald (a lovely Canadian singer!). There are two sets to their program. We wish we could have stayed for the second set, because the set list would have been more to our liking — more celebration music, rather than somber Classic (opera) music and a sad song to commemorate 9 / 11. The Prayer, by Carole Bayer Sager. But the singers have wonderful vocals!
To top the evening off, the staff presented our table with beautiful desserts, one for the birthday, one for the anniversary! Thank you!“
