People are sleeping on El Pollo Loco. Service is attentive and helpful. Good comes out fairly fast--it's made fresh so it does take a few minutes. Price is inexpensive. I usually get the chicken guacamole burrito. The tortilla is nicely crisped and holds together well. Guacamole tastes good. Chicken is well seasoned. I usually get the all white meat. Seating is nice with the booths.
It has its ups and downs, chicken is inconsistent, some times dry, need salt, and i miss the condiment bars for way back when. Covid ended that.
Top notch customer service, as soon You arrive there, if You look like You're there to pick up! they greet You instantly and give Your food as soon as possible, that is impressive, this restaurant is my kind of restaurant, keep up the good work.
