I am writing this as a long-time, loyal customer of Hong Express. This is a great spot offering a unique and delicious combination of classic Chinese takeout dishes alongside fantastic Louisiana-style Fried Chicken. The flavors are consistently good, and that's why I've been coming back for years.

I love this place. They always cook my chicken after I ordered so no dry or old chicken ever. The employees are friendly.
