My partner and I stopped in one cold night and were greeted with the most thoughtful and kind service. The wings were excellent and incredibly tasty. We tried the honey bbq, lemony lemon pepper, and cajun. I tried Wingopolis on a whim and I was absolutely blown away by the flavor of the wings. You can tell that the owner, Trevor, puts his heart and soul into this business. I went back 3 times in the span of the next month.This was healthiest wing than I've ever had. Trevor talked about his unique process of cooking and the oils he uses leading to healthier composition.
