I have to say this is the best staffed CafeRio in OC. Louis was kind and very helpful and offered to take my tray after i was finished eating. Did not feel rushed. Also the latino gentleman with the Rosary Tattoo was extremely polite. The tacos are great but the black beans tasted okay, as far as atmosphere it was typical Irvine crowd of College grads working and older professionals. They need to update their Google hours- there is a sign on the door saying Monday through Thursday they close at 9pm, where as Google maps says 10. I really enjoy this place, but showing up at 8:40 and hearing that they’re closing already was confusing.

Okay so I needed to go to the AAA club in Irvine, I wanted to get something to eat nearby. So I went to Cafe Rio, although I generally prefer to get my tacos at alebrijes off of Cubbon and main Street in Santa Ana.
