Chick-fil-A in Irvine

“This location was so kind and attentive. My co worker & I came in with 8 clients from a special needs day program & were treated with such patience. The manager was ringing in a lot of our orders with a smile! I thanked her for her kindness with tears on my eyes & she said “ you know what your nuggets are on the house today!” I expressed my gratitude for the amazing customer service .. when she brought my nuggets to the table she asked for a headcount of our group which was 10.. soon after she walked over with a tray full of cookies for everyone! I cannot express the joy it brought our group., They wondered why they were given a free cookie & my response was because they like you guys.. such a great experience! We will definitely return soon.. Thankyou to the manager ( I wish I caught her name) ?“

“A week or so ago, my friends and I went to this Chick-fil-A while visiting California. I've never dined in a proper Chick-fil-A restaurant before, only having eaten at one in an airport cafeteria, and was incredibly impressed by the quality of service! Not only were the employees very friendly and attentive to making a good environment for the customer (ie. Making sure the table was fully clean before we sat down, wiping my drink when it spilled over slightly as they filled it, being polite, clearing trays when we were finished, etc.), but I was astonished by the speed of service! I had hardly finished paying and was just about to sit at our table to wait for my order when, lo and behold, an employee brought me my food! I was gobsmacked and pleasantly shocked! Never have I witnessed such speed of service! Then, shortly after, before my astonishment had even warn off, the same employee brought me a milkshake on-the-house! Apparently there was a "mix-up" in the back that resulted in a being made milkshake by mistake and they thought of me and my flabbergastered yet positive reaction! So there I sat amongst friends, happily eating my chicken tendies with a free, banger milkshake quite pleased by the food and quality of service I was experiencing.

In short, to anyone who asks, I highly recommend eating at a Chick-fil-A and I fully intend to dine there again in the future! Thanks for the positive experience, guys! Keep up the great work!“

“Excellent Service, Just a Small Mix-Up

We are regulars at the Chick-fil-A located at 13490 Jamboree Rd, Irvine, and have consistently had wonderful experiences here. The staff are always welcoming and the service is prompt, which keeps us coming back.

Unfortunately, during our most recent visit, we experienced a small hiccup. After ordering through the drive-thru, we returned home to find that the fries were missing from our meal. While this was disappointing, especially since my wife particularly looks forward to them, we understand that mistakes can happen and it’s all part of being human.

We didn’t return to the store but wanted to share this feedback to help improve the service further. We appreciate your attention to detail and look forward to our next visit, and of course, to those delicious fries!
