“as soon as i walked in, luna immediately greeted me but let me take my time looking at the menu. i then had a few questions and she happily answered them for me. after ordering she brought me my food very promptly and then asked if i wanted anything else with my order. overall my experience here tonight was amazing, and i will gladly come back thanks to luna!“

“I love Carl's Jr burgers in general, but the reason I am giving this store a 5, is customer service.
They gave me a wrong sandwich and I didn't find out until I got home. I called the store and I was instantly told that I can come by to pick up a free combo for the inconvenience. I went in the next day and explained what happened. They made me the order for free and no questions asked!“

“I've been stopping in here for lunch during my time in the area visiting a customer of mine and it's been a good experience every time. So far 3 visits and no issues or complaints. I walk in and take out and generally find a shady spot to park and eat. Inside the facility is clean and well kept. I will be stopping in again when I visit customers in this area.“

“Solid Hawaiian BBQ joint. Chicken, beef, pork, and katsu on the menu. The combo plate gives you a taste of everything and weighs like 5 pounds… perfectly cooked cabbage and macaroni salad. I got the chicken katsu which was appropriately thin and crispy with our being dry. Good curry sauce and it has potatoes!! Will definitely eat here again and work my way thru the menu. Today in specific I noticed a worker I hadn’t seen before and Sharon? If you’re seeing this? I LOVEEEEE your positive attitude! Very few people show excitement or care for their jobs nowadays. Such a sweetheart! Sooooooo helpful & super aware of when people need assistance, OR if tables need clearing/cleaning!

“I came here 15 min before closing and I was greeted with not only a happy smile but excellent service! The manager was a sweet kind gentleman who helped comp my 8 cents when I had two $20 (thank you again for not giving me so much change back :) )
My plate was stacked and whatever didn’t fit was given on the side! Not to mention the food was piping hot, which means it was all made fresh, no leftover stuff from the day.

“The family and I stopped at the Irvine Spectrum on the way up to LA and out son wanted a snack so we stopped at one of his favorite places, Wetzels. His favorite is the pepperoni pizza pretzel or the pepperoni bites. Of course my go to is always the plain bites, they are a great grab and go snack to get me through the day.It was a pretty cold, rainy, and windy day Saturday. The employees were super nice and I was able to walk up, grab my order and go. They made sure to wrap up our pretzels and place in a plastic bag to ensure our pretzels didn't get wet on the go. Just overall amazing and friendly. Live this Wetzels and the people there!“

“Been here a few times and the food is pretty good. The staff is very polite and professional. The ambiance is decent. You can have a normal conversation with out needing to yellow for the other person to hear lol. Pizzas come out pretty fast. I'd say about 15 minutes so make sure you're not in a rush to go anyway. I like the thin crust that they do here so I'd recommend that if you're looking to try something like that out. They got vegetarian options too!“
