I am so grateful I discovered a dedicated GF bakery in OC! Blown away by the made to order cinnamon rolls hot out of the oven on a cast iron skillet, and out of this world sourdough bread. I've been a gf baker for 20 years and my daughter works in a gf bakery. I am very impressed with the taste and texture of their bread, and my son, the gluten eater agrees!

Maldon’s is our favorite restaurant ever! We are lucky to live close by and the owners definitely make us feel so welcome & like family. I have celiac so I feel so comfortable eating here & everything is sooo yummy! It is even my gluten-eating husband’s favorite restaurant so there are definitely options for everyone. Highly recommend!
