This is an amazing atmosphere for both parents and children. My little one, who is 6yo and I have played tag and hide and seek. There is one entrance and padded well. Very clean and the staff is very attentive especially Chi. They provide quick meals for kids and drinks. The seating arrangement is great if you want your little one to play while you work at the table.
This is one of my favorite places to bring my daughter to.. since I get to have a break. Lol. You can see your child from the cafe. The food and drink selection is really good, too.

By far the best of the bounce house genre in OC. The teenagers that work here don't have visible disdain for you like other places. The snacks are not of the microwave variety, the scones are great. And the best part is that the window between the snack area and the play area allows you to see the kids while you happily enjoy tea.
