Subway in Irvine

“I absolutely love this Subway restaurant. Being open 24 hours is a huge plus for me, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Every visit leaves me satisfied. Although there have been a few instances when the food quality wasn’t ideal, my overall experiences have been overwhelmingly positive. I would definitely return without hesitation.“

“I don't usually write reviews, but I feel like I have to this time because the staff were so friendly and the sandwiches they made for me never disappoints. I would rather drive ~5 mins to here even there's a closer location around my place. Not saying that location was bad, but this location wins my heart :)“

“She wore a mask and gloves! Yay no worries about talking over my food. Stuff comes out of everyone’s mouth and nose when they talk regardless of how unnoticeable so this is a big deal to me. She was quiet and not married so I would’ve been fine with her not wearing the mask but with it I could order and eat in peace.“

“I am always welcomed with a smile when I walk into the store. The employees are so fun and sweet. Sometimes I can be really indecisive but they are really patient and help me choose what to get. The owners are so kind and funny. The tables and bathroom are always clean. I have also seen them interact with other customers and they treat everyone with the same kindness. I love this place and I will never stop coming here. The best subway I've ever been to :)“

“Absolutely love this Subway location! I always stop by after the gym, and the manager never fails to greet me with the warmest smile—it seriously makes my day. They even let me in right after opening once, just five minutes in... I could cry. The ingredients are always super fresh too. This place never disappoints!“

“Everytime subway “ruins my life” by taking everything I like off the menu, this time the flatbread for wraps, they almost lose me as a customer. This location consistently keeps me with their customer service! There is a younger gentleman who is always so kind and helps me figure out my other options!“

“I love this Subway! The workers here have always been courteous and polite! However, sometimes I can't help but wonder why the manager doesn’t hire more people since they are usually understaffed. But according to my "sources" (cause I know some people from "up there"), I hear the manager is very cheap. AND she is known to be quite rude . Makes me feel sorry for the employees; they're are usually very friendly with a hint of stressed. And if they are stressed....now I know why.“

“Atmosphere was horrible!!! There was 3 workers when I went. 2 workers saw me come in and did not help me! A young lady with tattoos on her face had help me with good attitude. I told her to put extra veggies and I noticed her coworker (in Spanish) "do not give her extra veggies" cause they charged extra. The young lady was kind enough to not charge me for the extra veggies. Excellent service with her!! The rest were rude and made her do everything!“
