I have never had a bad experience at this Subway. The place is spacious with lots of seating both indoors and outdoors. I have a lot of good memories eating here in the decade I've lived in Irvine so far. I am really going to miss this place now that it's closed.

Stopped in for a bite to eat. The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness. The floors, tables, trash receptacles and counters found clean. Friendly staff and good food completed the experience. Thank you for the great service and hospitality, we'll be back again!

This is an awesome place to be. Their services are exceptional. I had the scallion pancake and noodles with the peanut sauce and the taste was irresistible. The tea was tasty and the prices are very fair. Recommended!!
