The interior is running down! The Zion market close to is set to close down - I have a general sense that the plaza is in a tight financial spot ... It's tucked away in a small plaza in Irvine, so it's never busy. When I went there only one person was working there as the cashier and drink maker. The Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with Tiramisu Puff Cream was delicious and I loved the little shovel it came with for the puff cream.
