Their brown sugar cream brûlée drink IS THE BEST EVER!!! it been 1 month since my Hawaii vacation and I cannot stop thinking about it ... so I’ve been googling other locations and luckily found out there’s one in Irvine CA which is only 1 hour away from me and let me tell you I will not mind driving an hour all the way from San Diego just to get one I LOVE IT! 😍

The Alley Irvine is a higher quality bubble tea shop with a very big selection of drinks and toppings. The drinks are on the sweeter side, so it is better to get less sweetness level, like 50% sweetness. The brown sugar crème brûlée milk and the taro brown sugar drink are amazing. The Brown Sugar Deerioca Crème Brûlée Milk is creamy, sweet, and full of flavor, with warm tapioca pearls that are soft and super tasty. The drinks are tasty and the service is nice. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick. The interior is clean and spacious, in a superb location right beside the Regal theater. The drinks look really nice. The employees are accommodating. The boba tea is so good that customers go back for more.
