“I have been all over New England and around California in search of the best clam chowder. I have finally found it in our little gem spot in Sutter Creek, Hotel Sutter. Johnathan is a Chef that has the gift that 99% of chefs wish they had. I recommend setting a reservation for a private dinner for 2 and let them take the wheel to create an experience, not just some dinner. Last night was a full circle moment that could have gone horribly wrong, but, not one thing can be complained about nor changed. A perfect evening and there will be more to come.“
