This little out-of-the-way ice cream shop is totally worth the stop! Recently taken over, the new shop owner waits on everyone personally. We ordered milkshakes and the shopkeeper made our orders personally and individually and our shakes were delicious! I encourage everyone who is interested in supporting a small businesses with a friendly and grateful small business owner to stop at Log Cabin Ice Cream and enjoy the experience and an ice cream treat!
Idk why this ice cream spot isn't rated higher. The ice cream was creamy, flavorful and delicious. The girls working we're friendly and polite. Especially considering the line was into the parking lot 40 mins before close. They were hustling. Great spot to get ice cream!

Great family run place.Had the s'mores sundae with Rocky road ice cream. Was a great combination when topped with the marshmallow cream, hot fudge and gram crackers.The owner was a pleasure to talk to and wishing them the best.We'll definitely come by next time we're in Tahoe
