“This spot is definitely gorgeous for a coffee break. Awesome view and clearly a local student/staff favorite. They grilled our egg salad sandwich in the panini maker and the iced matcha latte was delicious. The crew here helpful And warm. Also very quick. I only wish there was more “bar style” seating for those who tend to linger for hours on their own instead of taking up a whole table. It’s been super crowded with no seating the last few months bc people tend to stay for hours working. Which I totally understand. But for a UCSD alum like me, I may just wanna sit for half an hour maybe an hour at most and often there is no seating. That’s my only suggestion. Add single person searing. But I’ll definitely be back and hope to come before a “rush”. The line can get very long. (I get it. I used to work in a cafe at the Price Center and it was crazy there). Also would Love if they stayed open later. One can only hope.“

“Recently opened in my nighhborhood. Surprisingly very delicious pizza (half chicken/half dry meat). It is now my favorite pizza already. Owners are friendly and service was pretty fast. I'll come back to try other stuff on the menu.“

This is a most delicious and refreshing mix of fruit and grains and chocolate! There is a crunch with each bite and the fruit is so sweet and refreshing! My wife and I shared these two items and enjoyed the service provided by Eduardo & Nicole at the Oakberry Açaí store located in Pacific Beach at 959 Garnet Avenue, San Diego, California! We will be coming back for more of their delicious and healthy creations.

“Stumbled upon this place looking for a coffee like an hour ago. Had good reviews, decided to try it without any recon on what I wanted to order. I asked about the Kos latte and Owner/Cashier said something I didn’t quite hear except pistachio and cold foam. I said yeah, two of those, one for me and one for my wife. Received the drinks and realized it was matcha, which is fine. I wanted coffee coffee but matcha for caffeine would suffice. Took one sip and almost busted. Holy heck was it amazing. Literally one of the best drinks I’ve ever had the pleasure of trying. Easily best matcha I’ve ever had. Perfectly sweet but stayed true to the pistachio and matcha flavor. Amazing. Sadly I don’t live close enough to visit often but I need to come back to try other drinks. Definitely recommend.“

“The bases don’t have any flavor. I tried the acai, pitaya, and the blue one. Despite being visually different, they all tasted like nothing. It was weird. Maybe they use less sugar. The main redeeming factor is the amount of toppings and customization you can have, if you pick a whatever bowl. The price seems pretty reasonable, and the interior of the store is clean and nicely decorated. The toilet is gross though, and it needs to be deep cleaned.“

We ordered the Open Mind Fat Burner, Mexicano Latte, Acai Bowl, and Turkey Bacon Avocado Croissant. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious - we wanted to savor every bite!! The staff is so friendly and Camile customized the Turkey Bacon Avo without the bread for me, as I am gluten free. We only had 2 days left in SD and went back to Chiefy Cafe and ordered the same thing each day. Camile & Larissa assisted us and were awesome! HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHIEFY CAFE!!“

“It tastes very fresh Açaí to me. I was wondering that how they can bring the Açaí berries from Brazil to USA with keep fresh. It is very healthy fruit. It has antioxidants. If you wish to add-on, you can try Pão de Queijo. You can get "Guarana Antarctica" soda for drink. I would like to strongly recommend you give a try them. Go there! 😄“

KC and Evelyn have to be my favorite baristas thus far! They’re always so welcoming and kind they genuinely make you feel welcomed the moment you walk in. I came in today right as they were technically closing and was fully prepared to leave, but they still offered to make me a drink. KC even knew what I was going to order before I even mentioned it 💕

All of their baristas have such great personalities and a sense of humor that makes all of my visits enjoyable. You can tell that they actually enjoy being there, and their energy is def contagious ✨“

My favorite smoothie is the Superhero Vanilla, I love all the soups, and the banana bread and brownies are delicious. Everything is made with quality ingredients and always tastes fresh.
