These guys do everything well. Get the black sesame or orange late, less sweet with no cream on top. You get the best of both worlds with some flavor at the bottom and pure espresso at the top.
Coffee was great. I got the orange latte iced. Service was slow, workers were in no rush very odd behavior for a coffee shop. Worth a try for a unique, modern coffee experience.
Got the black sesame latte and matcha strawberry lattes. I personally like my black sesame lattes more black sesame forward but the actual coffee was good!

Immersion Coffee does everything well. The coffee is fab, with great flavor and quality. There is a great selection of espressos to choose from. The black sesame or orange latte can be ordered less sweet with no cream on top, offering the best of both worlds with some flavor at the bottom and pure espresso at the top. The orange latte iced, vanilla flat white, strawberry matcha, espresso, tonic espresso, and cold coffee are all very very good. The vanilla flat white is not too sweet like most other coffee places, and the coffee is strong. The Roasted Black Sesame latte has a rich, smooth roasted sesame flavor unlike anything else, and every visit tastes exactly the same—the sweetness, ice level, and overall flavor are always spot on. Service is quick and fast, though sometimes slow with workers in no rush, and people are not particularly friendly. It is a super small shop with not much room inside, and there is typically always a line, but it is worth the wait. The location by the road is not amazing, but the outdoor patio area is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable, perfect for enjoying a slow morning coffee or catching up with friends. There are some benches out front. It is a unique, modern coffee experience worth a try.
