Bj's is a busy restaurant with good food, but some service issues due to understaffing. The automatic 18% tip was a downside. One customer mentioned vegetables and potatoes being undercooked and a dessert not meeting expectations. However, another reviewer praised their server Matthew for excellent service with a large group. Bj's seems to have potential with the right staff in place.
