“First time here and not disappointed. Didn't have a long wait like others said. The doma was excellent. I got the combo to try their meats - beef kabob, chicken Tikka, and beef shawarma. All were seasoned well, especially the shawarma...very bold. But it's the cook on the meat that set them apart! All 3 were tender, juicy, and savory. Too many overcook these but they just melted in my mouth. Highly recommended.“

“A huge thank you to the SDSU location! I only had cash on me, which they don't take, and the staff was so kind. They let me have my falafel naanarito anyway. The food is always great, but it was extra delicious with the side of compassion today! I went back to pay later. Thank you again for the kindness and the yummy lunch. “4 stars because parking is chaos. They need to use toast pos and turn on curb side pick up and create a spot . Also have a 2 min parking spot for grab and go online orders food is always amazing

“I got the plate that had one strip and one slider, it comes with two strips and a slider! More than enough food for sure, I would even say it would easily be enough for two people, maybe add on an extra strip or something.
The fries are really tasty with a nice seasoning on them. They are very generous and added extra pickles and extra sauces with no extra charge.
I have had this one other time and I remember it being extremely hot, not sure what level I ordered that time but today I ordered a mild and it was tasty. I will definitely be back, thoroughly enjoyed this meal!
Parking: This is a very busy shopping center.... Parking is rough!! In-n-out and a hotel share this small lot... Be patient!“

“I have been going to Gyros House for years, and have never had a bad experience. It's my go-to for gyros, and (in my opinion) the best option in the Parkway Plaza food court.
The food is reasonably priced and amazing quality. The gyro meat is perfectly seasoned, hot, and tender. The vegetables are fresh and crisp. The pita is soft, warm, and flavorful. The sauces are perfect. The portions are big and very much worth the cost. The french fries are crispy and light, always hot and perfectly salted.
The customer service is incredible. The man who always makes my gyros always has a smile on his face and puts a smile on mine. Same with the woman who sometimes works the register. They are kind and helpful.
Very lovely people, very good food, great prices. Much better than the chain gyro places around.“

“This place was suggested by a friend. It was great. Parking is tough in the area so be prepared. When you walk in your are entering a different world. The place is a little dark at first but your eyes adjust and it is perfect to capture the feel. Our waitress made great recommendations that we simply followed. Food was very good but the combination of ambiance added quite a bit to the experience. I recommended to a friend at work immediately. Will likely take our parents back who have traveled the world for this little slice of culture.“

“I ordered 5 Ground Beef Kabob Skewers , 5 Chicken Tikka Skewers, 1 chicken cream chop, 1 Shawarma Wrap, Rice, Hummus & Salad. Served with Pita Bread, Grilled So when I got home I find out there is only 4 Ground Beef kabob and 4 chicken Tikka And that was so embarrassing for me because I invited 5 people for lunch That was really bad experience“

“During our recent visit, it was impossible not to notice that nearly every table had ordered the "2 Person or More Sports Plate." At just $35, this platter is an absolute steal, especially given the generous portions. The chicken and beef were seasoned to perfection, delivering a depth of flavor that truly impressed. The pasta, served with a marinara sauce — my toddler’s favorite. The platter also came with a fresh, crisp salad and refreshing mixed drinks, making it a well-rounded meal. You can feel the warmth and love in hearty Somalian food.
We opted for the watermelon and mango drinks, which were delightfully sweet and refreshing — just what we needed on a sweltering summer day.
The service was exceptional; the staff was not only attentive but genuinely warm and welcoming. To top it all off, they surprised us with complimentary sambusas, a thoughtful touch that left a lasting impression.
Overall, this spot delivers on both quality and value, making it a must-try for anyone looking to enjoy a satisfying, well-priced meal for a family. Highly recommended!

“Good lunch buffet with balanced options for both veg and non-veg. Wide food spread with chana puri, idlis, paneer, chicken, lamb naan etc. etc. A couple of yummy desserts. “The restaurant seems from the first look normal or low quality and cleanliness. But to be honest it has the best Iraqi way fish which they called MASGOOF. We had the best lunch today and the owner he is an old man recommended us ALQATAN fish a big one like 10 bounds fish and cooked it with the Iraqi way. It’s amazing, very delicious and juicy. The taste will never come out from my mouth“

“I know nothing about the seating arrangements, pricing (high or low…I’m from out of town, and door dashed). All I know is the food I ordered chicken samosa, veggie samosa, chicken biryani, garlic naan and tikka masala (spicy with chicken) is some of the best Indian food that I’ve had on this side of the world. Highly recommend!“
“This Place is a hidden gem. Walking home and saw the recently opened "THE KABOB GRILL". I went in for an exquisite dinner. I had the chicken kabob- with my discount it was less than $15 for a full plate or rice, salad, yogurt and a pita. The plate comes with a grilled tomato and I requested some of their hot sauce. You should too! There is a big parking lot across the street and I was told they offer free valet.“
