Always thought their smoothies were good. BUT... when did it get so expensive? I can see why more and more people are making it at home.It's not that busy since a lot of people don't know that it's now open in this plaza. Usually no wait. The workers here are pretty slow and doesn't seem to friendly. Don't think I'll be going back.
I'm not one who normally gives negative reviews and this Jamba Juice location is fairly new. However, I've been here a handful of times and have been disappointed by the service. The smoothies that I've ordered have been fine for the most part. But I feel like the staff has been undertrained with customer service. Not very friendly and the poor girl who helped me today didn't know how to apply a reward and didn't seem to want to ask for help. She seemed so quiet and a bit shy....read full review
