1032 Hibachi and Sushi is an absolute gem. It’s run by a brother-and-sister duo who really know what they’re doing—she handles the sushi, and he holds down the hibachi (and occasionally drops some incredible Mariscos!).

Everything they make is cooked to perfection, packed with flavor, and made fresh to order. You can easily taste the quality in every bite. Because it’s a small, high-quality operation and they get busy fast, I highly recommend ordering online ahead...read full review
