“There aren’t many Ramen joints in the Coachella valley and this is only the second one I’ve tried. I’m glad that I did because it was delicious!
I had the traditional Tonkotsu Ramen with extra Char Siu and egg and the broth was rich and flavorful.
It had just the right amount of noodle to liquid ratio and all the ingredients. This will become part of my regular restaurant rotation for sure!“

“Loud atmosphere due to sound, AC, and increasing volume of tables. The food wasn't as good, as it was. They discontinued the large paella and the small individual version was just not good. I wouldn't return due to the atmosphere, lack of cooling and/or food. At a rough $75-$150 just nothing of note for the price point. Also, the bone ma5is just a pile of bones without seasoning or herb/garlic no pizzazz...“
