Wendy's is a family favorite spot with a great value Biggie bag for $5 and delicious never frozen burgers. The restaurant is always up to date, featuring a state-of-the-art soda machine and clean restrooms. The friendly staff provides excellent customer service, as shown by a manager who went above and beyond to correct a previous order mistake. Customers praise the food, especially the Chicken Nuggets, which are considered some of the best they have tried, with kids loving them more than other places. However, making orders can take a little longer, and some areas like trash cans and tables may need more attention. The restaurant sometimes faces cleanliness issues in the men's restroom. Customers also note that portion sizes for toppings like tomato, onion, and lettuce on burgers could be improved, suggesting that more generous servings would enhance the experience. Overall, Wendy's remains a popular choice for quick, tasty meals and friendly service.
