“Went here for St. PATRICK'S DAY looking to have a beer and some fish ? and chips with the wife. Place was crowed and quite festive ☘️. Service was slow with the beer as demand was high and the servers and bar staff were frantically filling orders for ? folks who were chugging away the green beer and other mixed drinks as fast as they were presented to the patrons. Patience was key and the bar and wait staff are ? Champs for working so hard on a Sunday St PADDY'S day. Beer and alcohol service for that day was also available outside on the patio. Enjoyed a cold one streetside with other friendly folks waiting to get a table. Once we were seated the wait staff was fast and polite. Drink order came around fast and surprisingly the food was just as fast too. I highly recommend this place for the fish and chips. Great batter, comes out crisp and light, good tarter sauce and their coleslaw is just the way I like it. Better yet they have one of my favorite Irish Cream Ales on hand Killkenny. Great Red Ale which is always on tap here throughout the year...Definitely coming back. My wife had ordered the same food dish and big thumbs up from her too...she doesn't drink alcohol so she ordered a Shirley Temple to which they served in a large beer ? mug which made her happy too. Would absolutely recommend this place as there is a great bar and restaurant atmosphere and setting in this quaint downtown setting of La Verne. A shout out to manager Anthony who was serving beer on the pation and showing great hospitality to everyone outside.Parking: Small downtown area next to college so parking is a little competitive depending on time of year and time of day and which day of the week. There is a lot to the east that has free parking.“

“My friend and I decided to stop by Clubhouse 66 to pass the time, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. I tried the spinach artichoke dip and brussel sprouts, both of which were amazing. However, the highlight of our visit was our server, Erin. She was kind, funny, and very attentive. “Thought I would try a new place to shoot pool. 4 tables. The one I was issued (pay by hour) was slow, not so level but playable. Could not get a second drink even after 7 attempts. Bus boy said he was not allowed to alert the bartender of our needs. So we left and went to Players Sports bar to continue our night.“

But don't be fooled by the small appearance, they can pack the house with live bands or a DJ or juke box any time. They have a full bar and plenty of seating at the counter or high-top tables. “Great location in Pomona. Cool sports type bar/restaurant with excellent service and food. Menu is everything from great appitizers to full meals. We were there for a business happy hour meeting and had jalapeno sliders yet I will be back for those and other menu options including the tacos which looked fantastic.Our server at the bar was great. Knowledgeable on all the beer offerings on tap which there are many. Clean and friendly place that I recommend and will return to.“

“This place is very close to my house. Their wings and french fries plate is affordable and generous and very tasty. It's always served hot. Everything is crunchy and the service is pretty good. I haven't had anybody be rude. You can eat right at the bar. The ambience is nice. It's a giant high ceiling, double room with a stage for karaoke and open high volume restrooms, a front patio area you can eat at if you want to see Citrus as people go by. I enjoy it frequently now. It took me a while to discover it. I can recommend it without any qualms.“
