“I love tealove. They have so MANY options to choose from. Ranging from teas, juices, coffees and the list goes on. You also choose your level of sweetness. My husband loves the coconut milk tea with boba and brown sugar drizzle. I always get the strawberry coconut with popping strawberry and coconut jelly. My son got the mango lemonade and loved it. He's also tried the peach lemonade and liked it alot too. We ordered 5 minutes before getting there and when we got there our order was ready. They are super fast with orders.“

“This place was absolutely delicious. I walked over here for lunch while I was getting work done on a vehicle of mine at a nearby merchant. The food was delicious, reasonably priced, and the serving sizes were very healthy. I normally order a large bowl because of the small food portions but here, I had to take the rest to go because there was so much food. The service was also 10/10. The nice lady that helped me was super helpful and kind. I 10/10 recommend this place.“

“The yogurt shop is always clean and the workers are friendly and very helpful. They have lots of flavors to choose from many of them being low fat. They also sell snacks, Boba and other types of cold drinks/ shakes. The yogurt is cheaper and it tastes a whole lot better than Yogurtland. They also have a rewards program if you're interested just by given them your phone number to keep track of your purchases. Definitely recommend it!“

“The drinks is good taste! But their Taiwan lady is strict with their customers; once, I asked them for help in an order. However, they were too busy(?)
I ordered the wrong drink without the help, and when I told them about it, they asked me to pay half price to exchange it for the drink I actually wanted. That experience wasn’t very good, but other than that, their drinks are nice. I go there pretty often, and that has only happened once.“

“Fourth time trying this place, I do recommend it if craving for a tea, sweet milky boba, or slushy drinks with some hotdogs/meats or cheese snacks. They added waffles snack too. It was quite tasty, with friendly, helpful staff and cute small hidden location with free parking. The price is pretty good for buying one drink and getting 50% off next item. The passion fruit or lemon black tea are so far my favorite here. It was mixed well with great favors. The original hotdogs I tired had so many dipping sauces to select from that it was delicious. It is not a healthy snack, but it was a treat. Many other foods are near this plaza. I was pretty full after for under $10. They take both cash and credit card, have both a person to help order or those order yourself monitor, everything convenient plus a restroom for customers not like some other tea places.“

“Little shop inside the market. I always come here for the popcorn chicken! I’m always on the hunt for the perfect popcorn chicken and let me tell you this place is freshly made. The crispiness is perfect. They have different spice levels and 10 out of 10 satisfaction . If you’re more hungry, they have other food options and lots of drink options with boba too. The staff don’t speak that much English pretty much Chinese only but you can point at the menu and you’ll be fine. There is plenty of parking outside, so you will never struggle to look for that. If you have time to kill, the market is directly connected to this spot so you can take a stroll inside the market as well.“

Critical feedback: I ordered a peach oolong milk tea with boba, 0 sugar. The drink was very watery and I requested more milk in it, but it still wasn't enough. Slightly disappointed with the drink.

Nice-to-have enhancement: have sugar packets outside so customers can adjust the sugar level themselves. Would be nice if the boba had a honey coating to it.

“It's so rare and hard to find a Honeydew flavor that is served at any boba spot, but when I finally did, it happened to be the most clean and cozy establishment I can ask for.

With with old fashioned and luxury style seating inside, plenty of plants and a homey anesthetic; BT is the place to be.

“Shout out to the employees who work on Christmas. All of the boba stores near my house were close and R&B was the only one open so I give them a try. Love their Cookie Monster. That’s so so good. It was crowded when I came but my order still came fast. Employees are helpful and nice. They are selling Sonny Angle and Smiski guys. Recommend the Cookie Monster with 50% sugar. “I decided to order some Tonkatsu from Ginkgo Katsu, on a food delivery app based on the good reviews. Thankfully the reviews were on-point this time! The Katsu arrived in this kind of fancy, big box with the meal in different sections - the Tonkatsu, rice, cabbage salad, Katsu sauce; then separately was the curry sauce (I ordered extra), pickled veggies, dressing. “Plenty of parking because one of the stores inside a strip mall. Right next to Code Ninja and across from usps store. Theres a sign on the wall outside but the boba shop is a little hard to find because its located inside Miko’s pet supplies. Once you walk into the storefront, you will see therea a glassdoor that leads you to a room and thats the boba shop.

The serve is good as the lady that works there greeted me with a friendly smile and answered my question as best as she can. I ordered the house milk tea with boba and boba came out hot and sweet. Tea isnt too sweet with the taste of tea.

“I’m so thrilled that a brand-new boba shop has opened just 3 minutes from me in Upland! It’s always exciting when a local business offers something fresh, and this spot does not disappoint. They offer a great variety of drinks, including options with cream foam, which is always a win in my book.

I tried the mango/jasmine tea with lychee jelly and honey boba, and it was delicious—refreshing with the perfect balance of sweetness. Plus, the ability to adjust the sweetness to your taste is a huge plus. If my drink were to not be made exactly right the first time, I’d have no problem asking them to remake it, as the staff seems super accommodating and friendly.

The bad part is that there isn’t enough workers so it’s hard to get their attention when they’re cooking.
