“We decided to go to Joanne's Cafe for our late lunch. The building and inside is old school (homey and very comfortable).We were greeted with a friendly, courteous man. We were seated quickly too. There was no wait. He asked for our drink order right away. A few minutes later, Lety our server came for our order. I ordered their club sandwich which was deliciously fresh. It had ham, bacon, turkey, lettuce tomatoes and mayo. Everything was fresh. For a $1 more you can order fried zucchini.Honey had their steak sandwich. It was to your order. It was fresh and a great sandwich.Staff kept on filling your drinks while you wait for your order. Even when the order came, the staff kept on coming back to fill your drinks. Staff is polite, courteous, very funny and friendly. We plan to try the breakfasts very soon.I would recommend this place.“

“Places like Georgia's original bun and burger are a dying breed. First things first when coming here, come hungry. I've never left this establishment not feeling like I needed to loosen a button or two. Everything at this spot is also homemade and delicious. I've yet to try anything that is subpar. My personal recommendations are the burgers, on my last stop I had the pastrami burger with which I added cheese and grilled onions. Also a word of warning as well this joint has a large group of regular patrons so also come patient as there is limited space that may require you to wait. Wholeheartedly recommend this old fashion diner that I fervently hope continues to provide us Covina locals with delicious comfort food to imbibe in for decades to come.“

The Banana Caramel Pancskes were incredible, the eggs were to my liking, and the hash browns might just have been the best I've ever had. The waitress was courteous and very accommodating. Denny's probably won't ever win the Architectural Digest award for exceptional interior design, but this franchise pairs great food with great service. Couldn't ask for more!Vegetarian options: You can ask them to hold the meat on almost any dish. “First time coming to Legends Classic Diner, we were actually on our way to The Hat, which is up the street from Legends. When my wife said how about Legends, we always see it when we are in the area but never stopped. So we went and it was a great experience, friendly staff, great customer service. I really enjoyed the decor and old 50's vibe it has to the place. The food was amazing and the burgers were full of flavor, my wife and daughter both had burgers, I had the pastrami sandwich. The milkshakes are good they use real ice cream and not the artificial flavors. Overall, this is a great place to come and eat we would definitely go back there the next time we are in the area.“

They get you in and out quickly. :)Parking: If they don’t have space for parking in between their restaurant and the pizzeria, then you can park behind the building, but it’s open, and only about 10 spots are not visible from their “main parking” area. It’s where I usually park when I come from Citrus.Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible, and the door is easy to open. I use a cane or a walker, and I’m able to get in and out without a problem.“

“I had breakfast there today and the level of service provided by my waiter, Kano, was exceptional. I watched him service 10 to 12 tables in two differed languages, and provide excellent service. I was in and out in an hour and completely satisfied with the food, service, and atmosphere. Overall a great experiance.“
