“It's been years since I had a whopper, so I had to stop. It was ok. Wouldn't recommend the tacos. The staff was also very nice. And the gentleman sitting in the play place alone blasting the Toy Story theme song with the Boomer hairstyle and outfit but not that old was a little out of place but didn't seem dangerous and overall very nice area.“

“I usually come to this location every 3 months or so because my daughter’s foot specialist is located nearby. ( we live about 2 hours away) every time I come, I’ve always had a very good experience. However, today was possibly the BEST one. I was walking in with my daughter (she’s a year old) the manager, I think he was one, was walking our same way, but walked a bit faster and opened the door and waited for us to come inside! That was very helpful, especially because both of my arms were busy. Then, while in the play place, we met Nubia. She was so kind and so hard working! They do their best to keep the place so clean. The high chairs looked cleaner than my baby’s chair at home, no offense to me! ? She was so sweet to my little girl as well and ensured everything was nice and clean for us. There was also a gentleman with glasses who was constantly cleaning as well but I didn’t get to ask his name. But I am so thankful to see such a great team. I thanked Nubia for her hard work and efforts to keep us feeling good here and she reversed Uno on me and told ME thank you for just being there!! Wow, talk about A+ kindness! Overall, great service and customer care. We will probably ALWAYS come here after each doctor visit. Lol“

With the patties nice and thin, I should never bite into a burger that's red or pink inside. I even tell them to burn it a little bit. But that doesn't change a thing. “I'm from the South and can enjoy a good fast food burger. Must say that this is a great lil hidden gem. After a day on the boat, nice to swing by and grab a burger, fries and a ice cold soda! Only challenge here is getting in and out of A's. When PCH is backed up, that turn can take a some patience especially on the weekend. Otherwise, smooth sailing!“

“What an amazing burger spot! The patio is absolutely beautiful, the servers and wait staff were sweet and helpful and the food was DELICIOUS. Big huge burgers and chicken sandwiches, my wife loved the sweet potato fries, I devoured my parm fries - all the food was extremely good. The pricing is very fair too, especially considering most restaurant prices these days. Instead of spending $30 for mid food at one of the big corps in the plaza, just spend $40 here and get waaaaay better food that'll actually fill you up. My only complaint is that the fry portions were pretty small, but that's a little thing compared to the tasty eats.“

“Food was awesome! Husband got a mushroom swiss burger and said it was amazing ... daughter had a side of Mac and Cheese which she loved and it wasn't a box kraft like some restaurants try to do. I had tomato soup and it was creamy and not to acidic! Yum!
Service was pretty none existent since u order on a machine and then go uo can get your own food after the buzzer and tables we were able to find pretty well on a Sunday afternoon.

“I don’t usually expect standout service at a fast food spot, but Kain at Tommy’s Burger absolutely went above and beyond. I came in with my family—including a couple of very picky eater kids—and let’s just say, our order wasn’t exactly simple.

When we needed a refire on one of the burgers (not their fault, just one of the kids being extra particular), Kain handled it with patience and a smile. He made sure everything came out right and checked back in to make sure we were happy.

You could tell he actually cared about giving great service, and that made a big difference for us. It turned a quick meal into a really pleasant experience.
