Please note: I have extensive omakose dining experience. I guess you could call me a snob. Here, the presentation of the food, such as special figurines for some dishes, large cups for other dishes, was relatively pleasant and unique, but the food itself was nothing special. Also, the first 3 or 4 of the dishes were not fish; they were odd (almost filler) dishes no other sushi restaurant serves. My advice: Focus on the quality and quantity of the food, not its presentation. Another...
The interior is not highly decorated for the price point. Some tables in the back are loosely placed behind the bar area where the diners are eating. The food is too lightly flavored. I generally like less salty food, but this one has barely any taste except for things like caveat. The good part is the high quality of raw materials and the good service.
An exclusive 10 seat restaurant. Superb creations! Best of the best from Japan. The experience was memorable for our anniversary. Well-deserved Michelin rated! Well don't to the chef and staff!
