About Tango

Tango is a cozy, European style gem with a speakeasy atmosphere, known for its delicious food and outstanding service. The menu offers a variety of options, such as Bleu Cheese, Burrata, steak and shrimp gnocchi, lobster Caesar salad, and brisket sandwich. The restaurant is reasonably priced and has a great selection of drinks. The staff is courteous, friendly, and attentive, making it an ideal spot for a date, dinner with friends or family, or a night out for tapas. The charming sidewalk seating and whimsical atmosphere add to its appeal, creating a perfect setting for a fun and relaxing evening. The Angus beef brisket is melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the bartender can surprise guests with beautiful cocktails. The lobster Caesar salad is tasty, though it could benefit from less dressing to keep the lettuce crisp. Guests have praised the outdoor patio, especially the beautiful setting for dining al fresco. The server, Niko, was very attentive and made visitors feel welcome, adding a personal touch to the experience. While the food is highly recommended, some diners noted that traffic fumes can be a downside, suggesting next time they might prefer indoor seating. Overall, Tango offers a warm, inviting environment with friendly service and great food that appeals to a variety of tastes.

I didn’t eat it—I experienced it, and my taste buds filed a thank-you note. What would have really completed the experience would be some cool Cafe Del Mar lounge music and a clean bathroom.
Curiously, Tango does not serve coffee other than as an espresso. They have an espresso machine but it is reserved only for espressos and espresso martinis.
Great drinks and atmosphere, we loved the live music! Drinks were pricey - $20 for an old fashioned
