The freshly make sandwiches are wonderful but what made this extra special was the phenomenal service. The person who was there was so friendly and patient. I was trying to get orders from people over my phone to take food home and so there was a little bit of a delay (there were no people waiting behind us). Great sandwich, great service!
Today was the last time I eat JM's. I've noticed the decline over the course of the last couple of years. They will be at par with Subway eventually. This location is just another franchise adding to their problem.
Even large tipping here doesn't encourage the employees to make an order correct or at least pretend they want to be there.
There is a disconnect between the owners, management, and employees.

Jersey Mike's Subs offers good food and has a hardworking staff. The location often has just one person working, leading to longer wait times and occasional ingredient shortages. Despite this, the staff are kind and efficient, and the Jersey Mikes app is recommended for ordering ahead. Customers have praised the food as amazing and the staff, especially an employee named Ziggy, for providing excellent customer service. However, some customers have noted issues with the small size of the restaurant and dogs being allowed inside, which can be unsanitary. Additionally, customers have reported that the location may close earlier than advertised.
