Pho Tám Cali is a restaurant with friendly staff and decent food. The vermicelli bowls feature recently cooked chicken and pork, although neither is exceptionally flavorful. The eggrolls are small and prone to becoming mushy in the sauce. Fresh vegetables and okay sauce are standard. The pho broth is good, but the spring rolls and bahn mi sandwiches are hit-or-miss. The latter are overbreaded, laden with mayonnaise, and feature low-quality meat. A good option for a quick meal, but sandwiches are best avoided.
