“Excellent seating hostesses. Our waitress was very sweet and welcoming. It seems she knew many guests by name.

I ordered the broiled salmon Salad. It was delicious. I did not care for the tomato gazpacho dressing but it was delicious with blue cheese dressing.

The calamari appetizer was good. Delicious but lots of crispy breading. May try another appetizer next visit.

My husband had the ribeye. He enjoyed his meal. The steak looked flavorful and good char marks.

The complimentary bread and butter was excellent. I would come back just for the mini fry bread alone.

Prices are reasonable and portions are generous.“

“I have eaten Vietnamese cuisine throughout California, and Grandpa Tao ranks among the best. In addition to the amazing tastes, the casual restaurant is friendly and comfortable. Ingredients are fresh, the environment clean and relaxing. I particularly recommend the Pho, the Rice Vermicelli (try it!) and the Shaking beef. You'll like it.“

“Everything is cooked fresh to order, had the popular steak sandwich. The flavor is excellent and cooked to perfection. It has that nice slow heat with sweetness on the front. They pile on the meat so it was very filling.“

The Satay chicken was tender and flavorful....Pad Woon Sen was fresh and light with crispy vegetables. Cream cheese wontons were great and served as dessert. The portions were generous with plenty left over for a second meal. Pretty sure Little Thai Kitchen is now my favorite Thai food spot!😊“

Friendly staff and well-prepared dishes at any given time, I comfortably feel right at home the moment I enter. “Why the low reviews? The décor is vibrant, food fantastic and service superb! The restaurant is so cute one would think they need table service but I’m not sure if this is what Sycuan was looking for. Ultimately, I want to say it’s somewhat of a quick table service eat fast and go when you please more for the gambler on the go. LOL Pay and order take your number find a seat….
Ordered Wor Wonton (Large) – Delicious with 6 pcs of good size wontons, 3pcs med size shrimp, ton of pork, beef, carrots, mushrooms and bok choy! If this is the base for the pho (which probably is) I can guarantee you the pho here is as bomb!
Salt and pepper wings – Cheehoo the salt and pepper wings were a perfect paring with the wor wonton! Came out piping hot and seasoned with perfection.
More than enough for two hungry gals, even had left overs!“
