“Larry (& now his son) have been serving myself and my family for close to 20 years now. Excellent food, every single time. When my brother and I specifically visit, we are always greeted with a big smile and a fist bump. Larry knows I like sitting outside, and always wipes off the table for me, I appreciate that more than I think he knows. Gyro salad is my go to, but the wraps and plates are just as good 👍“

“Have always enjoyed a short walk to Elsa Kitchen to pick up their very delicious Burger and Fries and Soda Pop combination. Since I moved to this neighborhood just over 4 Years ago (March 2019) have enjoyed bringing my best buddy "Rocker Spaniel" here on our walks. He Loved the Greek Scenery:) and claro que si the food two. Let us not forget the BLACK and White illuminati Checkerboard tiles. Rocker left us at Age 12 Dog Years on February 18th but putting his photo on my Smart Phone screen saver refreshed my Love ❤️ for this place. Going to come back tomorrow for A Greek Gyros lunch 5/3 and hopefully Esperanza dovetail with a return Cinco de Mayo Run for The Roses 🌹🐴🐎 Thanks and FB We recommend a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Return to Elsas 'Soul' Kitchen. “This is the best Greek food I've ever had I had high hopes when I saw that it was pretty much entirely Greek looking people inside. I'll admit the atmosphere is a little stand off-ish especially if you don't blend in with the people but after some initial stares it's not bad I don't think they were expecting a couple white people to walk in at like 10:30 pm after about a minute everyone was back to their business and ignored us it was a little loud but it was pretty full too.
Now to the good part the food is definitely worth any of what I mentioned and then some this is freaking amazing it's kind of unbelievable that this hidden gem only has a 4.2 it should be a 4.5 at least.“

“Been craving a village salad but didn't wanna make it 😆 thankfully Greek Chicken closed at 9pm; gave me 40 minutes to put in order & pick up 🙏🏼 Ordered a Greek salad extra feta extra kalamata olives & side of zucchini fries w/ ranch 🥰 so delicious & the closest thing to us Greeks & our no-lettuce (village) salads. This place uses proper ingredients w/ creamy rich-likely European-feta. Both locations in El Cajon are amazing!! ❤️👍🏼“

“Went to parkway plaza today with my kids and got some food from here. Everything was made so fresh and was so tasty. We got a gyro burger, fries, and a drink. It was soooo good. We left happy. We will be coming here again soon. I give them 10/10 on taste and quality of the food!“

“This is my favorite place for chilaquiles verde. Best chilaquiles I’ve had. The tortillas have just the right crunch to it and the salsa is delicious. The only complaint I have here is the under staff. Took awhile to get our order in and out. Only saw to ladies serving and it was not that busy. Other than that it was great experience.“

“Absolutely wonderful experience. Kind, polite. Nice to talk to and I absolutely appreciate that. But this pizza pie is on point. It's delicious. It's clean. It's light you eat a whole pot every few weeks and do it a dough cleanse and it takes everything out of your body. It's wonderful. Nothing else can do that.“

“this is my place... I've never had a bad experience. Clean establishment... fresh...and made to order Mediterranean cuisine. I recommend the chicken schwarma...the fries are a must... and the strawberry apple walnut Salad is my favorite also. way to go Tak Grill.“

“It was too busy and orders were coming out burnt (guy next to me), or in my case....cold. Fried zucchini
should come out hot. I don't think I've had that big of a problem here it's just between forgetting to put things in your bags when you're in the drive thru, things like that then of course there's the less food for more money thing. Try the times when they're not busy. I mean the food is good it's just inconsistent.“
