“Best fresh Greek food ever. I took the food to go. I got the Chicken Kabobs with rice and greek salad. So delicious. Fresh. Good white breast chicken. Kalamsta olives and feta. Fresh romaine. I rarely rate a restaurant, especially as a traveller, but I loved this meal. The server was excellent as well, unfortunately I didn't get his name.“

“ZGARA is a sweet, locally owned Greek restaurant that I have been coming here for a while now. They have very affordable and delicious food that won't break the bank. If you like a great place with dope staff and good people, this is the place to be. They also have lunch specials which is a definite plus. 10/10“

“Food was good. However, the cashiers were busy cleaning up for the night vs taking care of customers. It wasn’t late, either. It was around 7:30 or 7:45 on a Sunday. The cleaners they use are very strong. Very pinesol or something like that. Glad I got food to go because I wouldn’t want to have smelled the cleaners during dinner. Dining room had zero vibe.“

“What a great experience. I love Luna gril and this location is the best. Thank you to Mike and his team for the wonderful service and the food quick and ready. “Have always enjoyed a short walk to Elsa Kitchen to pick up their very delicious Burger and Fries and Soda Pop combination. Since I moved to this neighborhood just over 4 Years ago (March 2019) have enjoyed bringing my best buddy "Rocker Spaniel" here on our walks. He Loved the Greek Scenery:) and claro que si the food two. Let us not forget the BLACK and White illuminati Checkerboard tiles. Rocker left us at Age 12 Dog Years on February 18th but putting his photo on my Smart Phone screen saver refreshed my Love ❤️ for this place. Going to come back tomorrow for A Greek Gyros lunch 5/3 and hopefully Esperanza dovetail with a return Cinco de Mayo Run for The Roses 🌹🐴🐎 Thanks and FB We recommend a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Return to Elsas 'Soul' Kitchen. “This was our third time coming to Lemon Grove Cafe and will definitely be back for the fourth and etc. Portions are huge! Got a table within minutes. Received drinks right away, then our food order came out and it was delicious. I ordered carne asada green chilaquiles and my husband ordered the carne asada plate with a side of pancakes. Our waitress Alison was friendly and very attentive. The other servers Miriam and Max were also friendly and offering drink refills. 100% recommend this yummy and family friendly cafe!“

We stopped by Nick the Greek for the first time while we were in the area with our two little girls, and Mari Lou made our entire experience exceptional!
From the moment we walked in, she was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She took the time to recommend several menu items, and every single recommendation was absolutely delicious. You can tell she knows the menu well and truly wants customers to have a great experience.
What stood out to me most as a mom was how she engaged with our daughters just as much as she engaged with my husband and me. She made them feel seen, welcomed, and included, and that meant so much to us. It’s those little moments that turn a quick meal into a memorable experience.
Nick the Greek definitely made the right choice in hiring Mari Lou. She represents the restaurant so well, and we’ll absolutely be back because of the outstanding customer service she provided. Thank you, Mari Lou!“

“Absolutely wonderful experience. Kind, polite. Nice to talk to and I absolutely appreciate that. But this pizza pie is on point. It's delicious. It's clean. It's light you eat a whole pot every few weeks and do it a dough cleanse and it takes everything out of your body. It's wonderful. Nothing else can do that.“

“So, I am updating my review. I still love Spiros, both locations,but this particular location has amazing views. However, the service here is not great, mostly 1 person, but they are always there, always taking the orders, which makes him hard to avoid. I believe his name is Steve. I literally dread placing my order when he's there. He is a very stressful person and therefore makes the ordering experience stressful. I go anyway with my family, this place isn't cheap for a casual place but the food is great. Well, recently I had an interaction with this guy that really upset me and my fam, he was very rude in front of customers and tried to make us feel bad. It was busier than normal because it was holiday time and events were happening. I will be contacting management personally but just beware of this guy when you go. Seriously disappointed.“
