“I just moved in, looks very organized and management is on it, I am happy with it so far. I was going to put four ? s because of no kitchen in the unit but I used the community kitchen and it's not that bad. I have a roof, bed,fridge, ac, safer than the streets. Yes there are people trying to get to take over units but their pics are in the community room and from what I see we are taking care of each other. The location is far out there but there's public transportation and everyone can use their insurance for medical rides. Oh and the case manager here is really good too, they're helping me take care of other things in my life as well. And Maintenance is on top of things too here, I put a request in to fix my smoke detector that beeped ad she came within hours! They don't have way out rules , easy to follow. Clean ...beautiful scenery. Good job green gardens. They're are lots of people with dogs here and it's pretty pet friendly I'm proud to say I never have stepped in dog doodoo, never even seen it, people here are doing a great job cleaning up.
