Having issues getting the correct items that I order on the app when I pick up through drive-through. Still giving it five stars because when I go back, they always make it right
I have been to this location a couple times now and i will not be going back for a whileeeee. Today, it was these sad looking tacos. The other day it was the long line to the door with only one person on the line and the other person “cleaning”. One of the first times, the honey chicken made me fill sick immediately after eating.
I was very disappointed with how messy the food counter was as well as the freshness of some of the ingredients. The food counter had the appearance that the store was about to close and it was only early afternoon. It was very disappointing since it was my first time in years going to Chipotle Mexican Grill. It's definitely not something I thought I would experience in a brand new restaurant.
