Jim's Happy Chicken is delicious! Friendly staff, absolutely great prices, this place is awesome! Drove by the other day and noticed the sign was down... hope they are still around --Lancaster needs good food like this!

Jim's Happy Chicken has the best fried chicken in LA County!!! You will not be disappointed, it is absolutely delicious!!!! The mojo potatoes, collard greens, and potato salad is so good. Jim cooks to order, no precooked chicken hanging around under warmer lights. It's all made fresh when you order it, it goes in the fryer.
