I have eaten at Left Bank Brasserie many times over the years, as my son lives in Larkspur. Have also celebrated several milestone birthdays there. The food has always been first rate, and the service impeccable!
It was a busy Saturday evening. Overall a great experience. Service started out slow but quickly improved. The food and ambiance were great! Would go back.
We love the standard and special menus. The special scallops were lovely and we enjoyed the duck confit and moules frites and fondue. Long tenured serving staff make us feel welcomed and valued. We really enjoyed our meal!

It is a pretty restaurant that looks like it could be in Paris. At a recent late Sunday brunch, the Fondue was heavenly, and the Paella special was generous and delicious. Eggs, Bacon, and Salmon were all very good. Desert and coffee were good. The service was efficient, friendly, and unhurried.
