“Food was good. Onion soup- I gotta say was delicious. Flavorful broth, chunky onions with a piece of bread/cheese broiled on top. Ordered steak frites. Steak was cooked perfectly. Frites were under seasoned and didn't have the herbs as described. Hericot green beans were also cooked perfectly. Apple crisp dessert was delicious, not too sweet. Stephanie (Manager) was super friendly. The only thing they can work on is their service. We were seated and waited for about 10 min before our orders were taken, while a couple seated after us were attended too almost immediately. Another couple was told it would be about 10 min before a table opened up, a couple came in and were seated at the open table meant for the previous couple. 🤦♂️“

“Delicious and exquisite meal. We are very supportive of vegetarians, vegans and gluten-free diets and we are very grateful for that. The attentive staff made the experience even better. This was the most interesting and creative meal I have ever had in my life. Highly recommended.“

“Exceptional dining experience at Quince for dinner. The food is beautiful & delicious. We were surprised by chicken on the menu but it was the best we’ve ever had. The white asparagus & crab dish was another favorite. Details were perfect, service on point, each glass, knife, and plate carefully curated. The design & florals were lovely. The wine pairing was exceptional and the NA pairing was the best I’ve had anywhere. Highly recommend!“

“Chouquet’s is an amazing restaurant! I really love it! it’s one of the only truly authentic French spots in SF. The service is fantastic: super attentive without being over the top. The food is great and traditional (and well beyond just moules frites… ), and they have an easygoing but really good wine selection. Whenever people ask me for my top three restaurants in SF, this is one of them.
See you next time!“

“The service, neighborhood, community integration with current events reflected in their menu. Today I experienced a fusion of Italian Heritage Culture thru food in their special event menu as we watched the parade at a curbside table.“

“Just had another amazing meal at March. Olivier runs a tight ship, and his Chef knows how to put out amazing food. Best Casoulet I have had in a long time, reminded me of real in-country French fare. Deserts were fantastic, and drink menu expansive.
Merci!“

“Great view of the marina, lovely to eat outside when the weather is nice. The food is great, we had brunch: the galette, the baked oysters, chickpea fries and the mushroom tart. The food was great and on point, quality ingredients and fast service. Totally recommend it.“

“We visit ISA several times a year, and we’ve always been delighted with the food and service. Their classic dishes are a welcome relief from other restaurants attempts to be unique but failing the good taste test.“

“The water view on a sunny spring day was so wonderful. Great location, I was able to park on the side of the street, and we sat outside. I had the egg sandwich- overall was great, especially the presentation, the bread and salad were delicious the big chunk of egg could use more sauce. the view and atmosphere were well worth it.“

“We came in for lunch on a Thursday afternoon and we’re treated to the most delicious Chimay Premier Red Ale, a magnificent warm, lamb and bacon sandwich with home made French Fries presented in a lovely cone, and of course delicious moules frites. The highlight of our meal, however, was our delightful waitress, Tracy, who sprinkled lovely suggestions and made our leisurely luncheon a pleasure. Well prepared food, a welcoming ambiance and gracious welcome by the staff. 5/5“

“Came on a Sunday around 10 am and waited in line for around 15 minutes to order. The interior is super cute but very limited seating so we had to wait a while for seats to open up.
Maison Nico had an amazing selection of pastries but my friend and I decided to get some classic ones- a plain croissant and a brioche slice. We both loved how airy and light the croissant was and the brioche slice was also amazing- it had a perfect sugar glaze and was super crisp on the outside yet light and airy on the inside. Both paired well with the lattes that we got!“

“We came here for happy hour on a Monday evening and we were one of the only customers in a nearly empty restaurant, so service was pretty efficient. We almost had the entire staff catering exclusively to us. I'd say the restaurant kind of feels like a cross between a bistro bar and a 50s restaurant with dim lighting. Once we took a look at the menu, of course we had to get a wine flight.
Between 2 of the $13 wine flights, we ordered a Melon de Bourgogne, Merlot, Gamay, and then we were recommended a Rose Grenache, and an an orange wine, which was interesting.
$ 7 Chicken Liver Mousse:
okay! It was topped with chives, served with cornichons.
$10 Jamon Serrano Croquetas:
good! definitely fresh, because it came piping hot. I had to cut it in half and let it steam for a few minutes.
$19 Octopus Carpaccio - pickled capers and pickled peppers, pomegranate:
great! very tangy taste, get it if you like sour flavors
$29 Duck Leg Confit - Grimaud farm duck leg with gratin dauphinois, salad, duck jus:
excellent! crispy skin on duck leg with green salad and radishes helped lighten it up.
When we got our bill, it came tucked inside of a French paperback, which I thought was a cute touch. We got full from happy hour, though two items were not from the happy hour menu. I give Amelie a 9.2/10“

“Have dined at Le Chalet Basque for more than 20 years. Our recent meal with lamb chops, fresh vegetables, mashed potatoes and split pea soup served with crumbled blue cheese salad couldn't have been better. Fresh ingredients, great wine and excellent service will keep us returning again and again.“
