Absolutely delicious Basque food. I love sweetbreads and they were incredible. My wife had the lamb special and it was mouthwateringly tender. The soup of the day was watercress, and we both thought it was really yummy. After all that, we wanted something light for dessert, so we both opted for the mango sorbet. Have dined at Le Chalet Basque for more than 20 years. Our recent meal with lamb chops, fresh vegetables, mashed potatoes and split pea soup served with crumbled blue cheese salad couldn't have been better. Fresh ingredients, great wine and excellent service will keep us returning again and again.
