I ordered the Buche de Noel! It is absolutely perfection. Beautiful and equally delicious. The sponge is light and airy, the filling fluffy and the ganache is decadent. Joanne provided excellent customer service.

I've not been able to find any other bakery that uses high quality ingredients, is transparent about the ingredients they use and tastes fabulous. Miette does not compromise on ingredients. They source the best. For those for whom quality ingredients matter, I haven't found anything comparable.
