“So finally visited this Togo’s location. Have passed it numerous times. There are not many Togo’s locations in Manteca.
Hard to give this a 5 star rating given that it at a Truck Stop. I would have given it 4 1/2 stars but reviews don’t allow 1/2 stars.
The sandwich was well made. The food prep area was clean and the 2 people working the counter were very nice and friendly. I will go by again when I am in the area and want a sandwich. Well done Togo’s!“

“It's a Panda Express... the food was good and quick, the restaurant area was mostly clean, we had to ask for our table to be cleaned, but they were pretty busy so I didn't hold it against them. Service was decent. It's a Panda Express.“

“This Popeye's location was a perfect stop for lunch the 1st time we pasted through this area traveling, that we made sure to stop here on the way back!
This has been the best Popeye's I've been to, including my home location, which is pretty awesome it self. The staff was great, portions, taste and they even had that hard to find Signature hot sauce for my wings. Ordered by App and food was hot and ready to eat. Thank you for a great meal.“

“Tots are hot, drinks are cold, bacon on is crisp on my sandwich (crisp not soggy). Very good! Worth the drive. The sonic in Ripon is very bad. Food is NEVER hot, old oil you can taste it!“
