“It was an early work day when I get to my hotel. They don’t have early check in but I wanted to take in the nice day by walking and enjoying the L.A vibes. Found a seafood spot on Google that off photos looked amazing. Decided to make the 20min walk in the hot heat, my hunger got the better of me and I got my lazy butt up for the journey. I get to the end just to find the place is no longer in business. Walking can defeated and still hungry I come across this food truck. Now let me say I’m from Chicago and food trucks are still a bit taboo for me. But since I’m too tired to look for anything farther than I can throw a rock I decide to give this joint a go. Let me just say this place did not disappoint. The service from the jump was 5 star, everything about it was top notch. The portions are exactly what you want for your buck. Options are on point and have so much to pick from. I had to return for dinner and try the fish tacos. Also amazing , this is a must stop and try taco spot. I will be back in a couple of weeks for work and be sure to go straight from the airport to this spot to get my fix. Gang Gang“

“This my first time coming here and I have to say the food was delicious def worth to try out especially after working out at the gym. I am definitely coming back next time.
I love how close the restaurant is to home def 5 stars. The only reason the atmosphere is a 4 is because lots of homeless passed by while I was eating my food. Other than that the restaurant is great.

“Truly incredible. I found out about this place from the LA food podcast, and it really delivered. It looks like a hole in the wall, but you walk in and are greeted by music and delicious smells. The staff are very attentive and nice and our pizza was warmed up quickly. It was fun being there, we got to see the pizza getting made and someone shaking bread and pesto in a bucket. The actual pizza was delicious. Even the cheese pizza was so so flavourful and had such a good texture. Definitely will be coming back!“

All flavors were great: Red bean, apple, custard cream, mango, and chocolate filling within freshly baked crunchy shells. “Hey you guys I'm back with another review. Los Gatos Tacos was very much on point. Yall know I like delivery too so this time I ordered delivery. The driver did pissed me off because they sat my food in front of the door with no call or knock, but I was eyeing the app because I was hungry. It was around 730/8pm on a Saturday when I ordered. Anyway it arrived still hot and ready to eat. I spent like 60.00. I got the 3 queso birria tacos with the consome 3 asada tacos, the birria quesadilla and the tapatio birria ramen. It was so delicious you guys I dipped the tacos in the consome and it was ?... the ramen was very good the birria was seasoned very well. I almost drank all the consome ? ? had to save some for my kid, so I suggest if you like dipping and sauce like me get extra consome for sure. I will be dining in this restaurant very soon.“

“Went kinda late night after the gym bc I was craving some sushi and when I arrived it seemed like a little hole in the wall. Honestly the chef is the cutest most awesome humble guy. Nestled on Pico Boulevard between Beverly Hills and Culver City, you’ll find that The Rooster offers one of the better breakfast burritos in Los Angeles.

The joint is unassuming at first. Walking in there were just two staff members in a big kitchen. The decor is lightly themed, with comfortable but limited indoor seating. But that’s all they need.

I got the Rico Suave, aptly named “the dopest of all breakfast burritos.” They didn’t lie. The presentation is excellent. Stuffed to the brim with perfectly crispy bacon, fluffy and crunchy tater tots, two over medium eggs perfectly folded into the flour tortilla rimmed with cheddar cheese, guacamole, and a sprinkle of Cotija cheese, this was one of the most appetizing burritos I’ve ever unwrapped.

The taste lives up to the hype. It was excellent start to finish. I honestly wish I had savored it more. The Cilantro Crema they serve it with is fantastic, but the real star is the Molcajete Salsa. Ask for two of those, you’ll want more!

Although I think it might be improved with a sauce that could combat the slight dryness of the burrito, getting a drink can fix that, and why even play with a perfect formula? They also offer chilled personal water cups straight from the fridge.

This place is fantastic, and I’ll definitely be taking friends here and coming back many times.

“Well, to be honest I went to pick up a meal for someone. I tried so hard to find the building but could not. I drove around a lot, then I notice a food vehicle. I saw the name of the company I was told to go to, so I jumped out and ran over to a man close to it, and he notified me that the food service vehicle he was in was where I was to pick up the food I was there to pick up for their customer. He was so very, very helpful to me that I was thankful to have stopped at the right place. I must say that the person I told I would pick it up for loved and enjoyed the food a lot. So, now I know where to go, and I am always very impressed with excellent customer service, which I did receive there.“

“Progressive Japanese food that focuses on simplicity and freshness showcasing technique. They highlight their eel and we got the whole one to share. It can be a bit intimidating for people not familiar and a bit simple but the effort to prepare takes a lot. For the price, I wish it came with a side of rice or something to complement it. I really enjoyed the Tofu and Eggplant dish also. The Eggplant was super unique and cooked in a way I haven’t tried before and was very flavorful with a dark miso crust. The Corn and Sausage was unique too and presentation was pretty cool. I really enjoyed the Strawberry Shaved Ice for dessert. Great way to end!! Overall, the food is on the lighter side so if you’re looking for hearty or indulgent food this may not be the best pick. They serve smaller plates that are good to share between two people or a small group. Service was great though and super friendly.“

“We had an early dinner here on a Wednesday prior to a theatre tech rehearsal. Despite the troubled neighborhood, this place is an urban oasis and has a safe parking lot. We told our kind wait person, Sierra, about our time crunch. Meals came out within 10 minutes of giving our order. The gourmet Mexican food is mucho delicious and the happy hour prices (on both food and drink) made our experience a delight.“
