Their asada is some of the best in the area.
Their salsas are excellent.
The best horchata is top tier.

“Absolutely delicious, cooked fresh and everything you want in a snack. There’s lots of savory and sweet options- I went with a ham and cheese one and a mixed berry cream cheese one. It looks like they have new and limited flavor options rotated out regularly. Paying is cash or Venmo only, but was very inexpensive. It took about 10 mins, and there’s some picnic tables nearby with cute little birds to keep you company while you wait.

It was cooked perfectly, melty and piping hot on the inside, and crispy on the outside, with a mildly sweet and crispy shell. Absolute perfection! A great way to grab a quick snack and take a short break while shopping. I definitely will be back.“

“Been coming here for over a year and it never misses. I always get the Memphis Gold wings with jerk seasoning, bone-in, and they’re consistently crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. I usually order takeout and grab the Ja Pack (12 wings, fries, carrots, and celery). Everything comes out hot and fresh every time. Easily one of the best wing spots in Downtown LA — highly recommend.“

“We stopped by while visiting LA, in search of good local tacos and Taco La 26 did not disappoint!!! The tortillas were fresh, the salsa was delicious & the al pastor was my favorite! I love that they have free roasted potato’s and onions, so no matter what you get a filling meal.

You order at the food station then pay at the counter with the square machines. No where to sit but honestly they’ll be gone before you could sit down.

It is a block from skid row, & as tourist we weren’t familiar - but like anywhere else, just pay attention to your surroundings. The location is gated and there’s plenty of parking.

“Went to this place randomly for a late lunch, place was completely empty when we went there. I was curious cause I’ve never had Uzbek food before. It prolly is a family run business, the gentleman who took our order seemed like the one who was preparing the food as well. I like this kind of mom and pop places.

We ordered a beef noodle bowl and a lamb kabab kinda platter: the bowl was really tasty after adding a little bit of lemon juice, before that it felt like sth was missing. The lamb was so damn good ! And after the meal we ordered some “milk tea” that wasn’t on the menu and we were skeptical at first glance but were pleasantly surprised after taking the first sip. It was really refreshing :)“

Service - 10/10 and extremely friendly

Food (taste) - 9/10 - very good and the cheese was literally pulling out. Not the best in entire world but very good and I would repeat.

Value - 10/10 - the portion size was PERFECT…I’m a 30 year old man, and it was just the right amount. Felt satisfied and almost full, but not that I was about to burst after another bite.

Atmosphere - a little quiet when I went but there were a few tables and chairs out to sit and eat at.

I mentioned above but if I move out to LA I will be a frequent visitor!“

“This is my first time going to bun and blanket. Don’t get it confused, it’s also the same food triuck I’m as EDBOYS. But it’s different. We got the original single smash burgers, a grilled cheese for my son and then two orders of fries. One was the Cajun seasoning. But the first thing that really blew me away was the personable Gentlemen, who was taking my order, Who happen to be the owner. He definitely took care of me and when I mentioned that the grilled cheese was for my son he definitely was intentional about asking me certain questions and making sure that I felt like he cared about making my son’s meal. That made me feel really good as the first time customer. The food was super good. The burgers were solid for sure but the fries were insane and I’m not even a fry guy like that. and also if you’re a sauce person The thousand island they have and their other sauce is super super fire. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. And the price point is definitely fair. Spent around $30 for three different meals for me my girlfriend and my son.“

“Been meaning to hit this place, but always pass them up. Glad I stopped by, they got some good eats here. Tried the Vamipro with bistec and potato. Nice and crispy hand made tortilla. Potatos were healthy cut pieces and soft. Also had the Guisado sampler and man they are not shy with the servings. I definitely recommend the sampler plate if you are wanting to try the different options of guisados. For this location early is better as they do sell out of items on the early side. They also have restaurant where you can get there goods as well.“
