“This food is so incredibly good. It actually plays a crucial part in me and my partners relationship.

During our time staying across the street in the summer of July 2025, we’d come for warped tour.

We found this truck by happy-stance and it started such a memorable tradition when we first met. We visited the truck almost every night for a late night meal.

The people work hard, are super kind , It’s a bang for your buck and it’s really good food!

“Been coming here for over a year and it never misses. I always get the Memphis Gold wings with jerk seasoning, bone-in, and they’re consistently crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. I usually order takeout and grab the Ja Pack (12 wings, fries, carrots, and celery). Everything comes out hot and fresh every time. Easily one of the best wing spots in Downtown LA — highly recommend.“

“East Coast native, drove 30 minutes for the best pizza I've had on the West Coast. Sourdough crust?... peaches?... goat cheese and a whole lot more. The other half was something else they recommended... doesn't matter, it was fluffy, delicious and got SPANKED too. Even though they only served pork meat, I still give them a 10/10“

Service - 10/10 and extremely friendly

Food (taste) - 9/10 - very good and the cheese was literally pulling out. Not the best in entire world but very good and I would repeat.

Value - 10/10 - the portion size was PERFECT…I’m a 30 year old man, and it was just the right amount. Felt satisfied and almost full, but not that I was about to burst after another bite.

Atmosphere - a little quiet when I went but there were a few tables and chairs out to sit and eat at.

“My bf and I each got the Rico Suave, and it is DELICIOUS! All ingredients were high quality and fresh. It came with crema and salsa in reusable cups on the side.

We got nitro cold brew, which was also good. Server asked us if we wanted cream, and what kind (we got oat milk). And brought it out to the counter where you pay for us to add to our coffees. Sugar packets are next to the counter.

We sat at a table that was a bit dirty with crumbs. When we got our food, the foil around the burritos was quite greasy. What’s odd about that is the burrito itself was not greasy.

Service could have been better. Not very friendly. That said, I’m sure we’ll come back since the food is so good. Would like to try some of their other sandwiches, but I’m sure I’ll have the Rico suave again. It’s amazing!“

“Bombest burrito in LA. He brings professional hospitality to the street taco game. First time I stopped by after a long early morning shift at a coffee cart and I was greeted as I walked up. He walked me through their offerings. I wanted to try their al pastor but was too hungry for a couple tacos so I ordered it as a burrito and man, amazingly tasty. He has a flat top grill and grills the burritos *chef's kiss. I'm all for street tacos of all kinds in LA but I'd venture to say this is the cleanest operation I've been to. “We stumbled upon Black Flour yesterday and were completely bowled over. My companion had the bœuf bourguignon taco and raved about it. I had the avocado and manchego taco and it was equally good. This is not just another food truck. It is an adventure in high quality food. Look for them!“

“Delicious and fast tacos. The restaurant knows what they are doing. The lines moved so fast and I got me food within 5 minutes. They have complementary potatoes which is awesome since they help with the spicy of the spicy salsas. They also have a self serve salsa and topping bar which is my favorite so I can generously garnish and drench my tacos in salsas. We realized this was a really popular spot in this area because it was already 12 am and this place was still really packed. Really delicious and authentic tacos, will definitely come back again.“

It looks like they have new and limited flavor options rotated out regularly. Paying is cash or Venmo only, but was very inexpensive. It took about 10 mins, and there’s some picnic tables nearby with cute little birds to keep you company while you wait.

It was cooked perfectly, melty and piping hot on the inside, and crispy on the outside, with a mildly sweet and crispy shell. Absolute perfection! A great way to grab a quick snack and take a short break while shopping. I definitely will be back.“

“Getting their ice cream truck at our office backyard and it’s warm sunny day so perfect timing! Plenty of flavors to choose from, which was basically different mix-ins blended with the vanilla soft serve base. They did offer chocolate one.

I went for the Hokey Pokey as I loved honeycomb and simply couldn’t resist that crunchy toppings! The order’s ready in a blink and there were several attendants serving at the same time so despite all of us tried to be there at similar time, we got our ice cream quickly!

They stop by in front of my work building every now and then so it was pretty convenient for me to check them out.The Chinook: 1/3 lb. American-Kobe beef burger with garlic aioli, cheddar, lettuce, and tomato on a fresh Brioche bun. The burger was nothing special - just average. It was cooked medium rare as requested and it was well seasoned.OG Wachos: With everything. What are Wachos you ask? Waffle Fries + Nacho Toppings = Wachos. Came with Avocado, Cheese, Onions, and much more. It was amazing. The waffle fries were crisp and flavorful and it went well with all the toppings. I wish there was some heat to it though!“

“Well, to be honest I went to pick up a meal for someone. I tried so hard to find the building but could not. I drove around a lot, then I notice a food vehicle. I saw the name of the company I was told to go to, so I jumped out and ran over to a man close to it, and he notified me that the food service vehicle he was in was where I was to pick up the food I was there to pick up for their customer. He was so very, very helpful to me that I was thankful to have stopped at the right place. I must say that the person I told I would pick it up for loved and enjoyed the food a lot. So, now I know where to go, and I am always very impressed with excellent customer service, which I did receive there.“

This location is significantly cheaper than other locations. We pay for four tacos with one burrito for $20. Burritos are so delicious that you may not want to share it.
