“I saw some good reviews on this place on another website, so thought I'd give it a try. I'm just passing through town, staying overnight. The place was pretty empty apart from me and my buddy on a Thursday evening around 6:30. The host was friendly and attentive. Service was quick (as you would imagine with an empty restaurant). I ordered a sushi dinner and I must say it was quite delicious! They had multiple tv's on for you sports fans... So in summary, I had a nice relaxing and delicious dinner at this place and I would definitely come again. More people should come in and enjoy it!“

It was so worth it because we did the show & our chef he was so Awesome! We ❤ the food it was so delicious & fresh & so yummy as you see in the (photos) & our server she was so very nice & helpful & she explained everything in detail about the dinner & the sauces & even her favorite sauce that she even liked & made. So all in all we will be coming back again for another show or we will try the Sushi Rolls & Tempura Veggies & so many other food item's on the menu. “Love it when I get to pass by Porterville because it means I get to eat a Habi. I am very picky about eating out, and Porterville is generally not know for its restaurants - but Habi stands above the rest. The closest competitors it has are Sushi Koo and Davorns (both in Visalia). Service is fast, food is great, and the price is right. I typically stick with a lunch bento box - which they have a great selection of including spicy chicken, spicy pork, and beef bulgogi.“
