“I try to get to this location or the other one in Marysville weekly, and I'm still impressed with the consistency of great customer relations. I've seen some weird reviews on here that are nothing like the dozens of times I went. All employees have great attitudes, and are very fast. Any rare, minor issue that comes up has been repaired with swiftness and a smile.
Update: They just get better and better.

“Dutch Bros Coffee is pretty neat, I appreciate the solid customer service, it was my first time going and the staff was helpful. They make great conversation aswell. Just lower the price of the coffee and raise the price of employee pay and we'll call it good. Or keep the coffee the same but raise employee pay, I'm sure the big wigs at the top don't need to hoard it all.“

“I've always been a Starbucks girly so I was pleasantly surprised when I finally gave in and tried Dutch Brothers for the first time and realize just how much better it is than anything Starbucks has ever had. Yes the coffees maybe a bit more expensive than Starbucks but that is because you getting more coffee for what you're paying for. I love that you can completely customize your drinks however you want and never have to worry about them discontinuing a flavor unlike their competitor. This particular Dutch Brothers has the most amazing staff every time I go through there with my kids, one of which is special needs and is hard to understand, they are always super kind super nice they engage with him even though they can't understand him they're just absolutely amazing. This is by far my favorite Dutch Brothers location. Side note I just tried The Starry Night Rebel energies for the first time you may not look that good but oh my God does it taste amazing I think I found my new favorite drink“

“We went there for the first time. The place was cozy. They have outdoor seating so we sat outside because the weather was nice that day. The food was delicious. My friend and I both ordered the brick skillet and it was yummy. The service was good. Ordering the food at the counter was fast. Everything in the menu looked fair price. I had hot chocolate, I just wished they put whipped cream on top. They either don't offer it or they forgot to ask me if I want one. But I'd come back and bring my family, for sure.“

“Me and my other half have been here many times, we've never had a bad experience whether we walk in or go thru drive thru, my drinks always look how they're supposed to and are great, sometimes with cute little bites on them, absolutely love that. I've seen some not so nice reviews with people that say employees are uneducated as they spell completely wrong. We all have off days and thankfully I've literally NEVER had a bad experience with employees at any Starbucks in any town. I absolutely love going to this location due to the kindness, acknowledgement and drinks always look like they're supposed to, never with foam too just poured on and thin, so thank you so much for that. I say good job, good cute indoor seating, always clean, just an overall good experience 😁“

“I can always count on Starbucks to satisfy my coffee cravings!! I love their drip coffee I. the morning, but in the afternoons (especially when it's hot!) I absolutely love a nitro cold brew. I typically order them black with no sweetener. Tonight, I decided to try their new Salted honey cold foam. Sadly, I was disappointed with my beverage for the first time ever. The salt aspect was way overdone - in fact, it was all I could taste - and the honey was nowhere to be found. In addition, the foam dissolved into the coffee very quickly making it taste more like a standard cold brew. Lesson learned!! Stick with your favorites!! I wish I could justify going back and ordering a straight nitro cold brew!! THAT is the standard by which I justify my appreciation of Starbucks!!“

“These 5 stars are for the young lady who helped me this morning with an order! I didn’t catch her name, but she was wearing glasses, black ponytail/bangs, and was working the front counter. It was on Monday, 5/8 at around 8am that she helped me out. She was very kind and provided exceptional service! I really appreciated her positive attitude and warm smile so early in the morning! One of the nicest employees I’ve met at this location. She is the reason I’ll be coming back. I hope management recognizes her!“

“The manager is 100% worth 5 stars as well as the food...but some of the workers need to listen better and not walk away before customers are done explaining. Here's what happened..and I'm still giving 5 Stars because the Manager handled it Professionally and the food was awesome. Earlier today about 6-pm or so, I pulled in to the Drive Thru at this location and ordered some meals a long with 1-Small Fry and 2-Medium Fries additionally ... So I pulled to window #1 paid, and then proceeded to window #2 where I got everything EXCEPT the 2-Medium Fries. The young girl came back to the window and I explained to her that I was missing 2-medium fries and incidentally they were not listed on the receipt. She comes back less than a minute later and asks, "Can you check your bag again? The small fry should be in there.". .... I ALREADY KNOW ABOUT THE SMALL FRY! I said 2-MEDIUM FRIES!! .. Instead of yelling I politely explained it. So she takes my receipt and again, less than a minute later comes back with the Manager and he tells me, "The 2-Medium Fries were not charged to your order" ... ..Yes..again, if the young girl listened the first 2 times, this would have already been established.... so I asked if I could just pay and pick them up at the 3rd window, the Manager said that was fine... after some discussion behind the closed window, the young girl tells me I have to come inside. (Had my 3 yr old daughter in the truck by the way..so this irritated me further.) Anyhow, I pulled in to the spot directly in front of the store so I can see my truck. Locked the car and walked in. As the Manager passes by me he tells me that he had told the young girl that I did not need to come in..and he proceeded to finish he transaction and got my 2-medium fries. Long and short...the Manager (Bigger bald guy), was very professional and glad that the store has someone like him to represent the company. 5 Stars for Management. The food was amazing, fries cooked and salted perfectly just like I love them, nuggets were perfectly cooked and the burgers as well. I don't remember Mcdonalds ever tasting that good. 5-Stars for the food as well! Just hope the employee's learn to listen a little better and not walk away shutting the window in people's face before they can finish explaining. Other than that though, the girl wasn't rude or anything so to be fair the service is still worth 5 Stars.“
