“Been coming to the location pretty consistently for the last couple years. After initial opening, the food quality dropped a bit and fries were soggy and chicken was moderate temp. However, the last several visits, the food has consistently been hot and fresh, fries slightly crisp and salted and the same consistently friendly service.

After having issues twice at the Pleasanton location, always with veggie wrap, I've never had an issue with my order being correct at this location.

This past visit the line was not long, but seemed to take forever for the line to move. I still rate it higher than any other fast food in the area for accuracy, friendliness and promptness in receiving our order. The cleanliness indoors keeps us coming back as well.

Vegetarian options: Southwest veggie wrap is good. Not sure if it shows up on the menu, but has lettuce, black beans, shredded cheese, corn and tastes great with the avocado ranch dressing“

“I was excited to see this Southern California favorite hit Livermore- with a drive- thru! The staff were courteous, the food was fresh and hot, the order was correct, and it was all very timely. Perhaps my standards are too low, but I just expect safe food, from non-rude employees, in a reasonable amount of time. Some people seem to have complaints that are expecting a bit much of fast food. Definitely will go back!“

“Stop in for a quick bite. Handi-cap stardards were perfect, very clean bathrooms. Big parking lot. Open spacious seating with booths and tables. Very clean and nicely decorated with easy thread and understand menus. Staff was very happy and pleasent to interact with. Food quality was great with good serving proportions. Pricing was reasonable and they checked on me during my meal. All around great experience.“

“First time here, wish there was more sauces (ranch mostly) but ran into a lovely woman doing a fantastic job while outperforming her job duties. “The original whole fried chicken was delicious! It was juicy, crispy, and flavorful, and truly didn’t need any extra sauce or flavoring. Plus the price was quite good, and the fact that it’s a fairly small chicken means it’s not overly fatty like some larger-sized ones can be and perfect for a small family. Our favorite thing we got though was the sotteok sotteok sausage and rice cake skewers. They were so addicting I almost wish we had gotten more than 2 orders of them!“

“We stubbled upon this place by chance and we love it. The food is not only healthy feeling but tastes so good. We like that is not over seasoned and that they offer brown rice. We'll be back for sure many times when we pass through the area.“

“I eat here like 4 times a week! The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. They never mess up my order, never forget to put the salsa in the bag. All the employees are super nice, always offer extra things to add to the order and the manager Elena is top tier. She always makes sure to make it personal and welcoming it feels like I'm going to my moms house. I never thought I'd say that about a fast food place haha but I just love them here. 10/10 recommend.“

“The place was great! The service was great decor was beautiful! I love the interior decorations, it was very clean and well kept! The desks were mostly clean and there were plenty of space for you to sit down! The interior decor was great, but the food it could be a bit more warmer, as the mac and cheese tasted a bit on the lukewarm side, but the rest were very delicious, and the peach milkshake was very creamy and satisfied my sweet tooth!!! This location is also near the highway, so it is a great spot!“
